         Riverside Management is current looking for contractors to bid on the following projects:

         – 7,000 sq ft. Commercial Office Remodel/Build Out

         

         BID SUBMITAL DEADLINE & PUBLIC BID OPENING

         – Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. central time on the 18th day of August 2024 at the offices of Riverside Management at           28100 N. Ashley Circle Suite 101A Libertyville, IL 60048. At that time and place all bids will be publicly reviewed.
